Dongguan Yizhe Clothing Co., Ltd. manages the complete OEM garment manufacturing process. We are not simply a sewing contractor -- we coordinate design evaluation, material sourcing, pattern development, sample making, technique testing, and bulk production as a single managed workflow.

Design & Reference Evaluation
We review your sketches, technical drawings, reference images, or physical samples and assess construction feasibility, technique requirements, and fabric direction before development begins.

Fabric & Trim Sourcing
Based on your product requirements and brand positioning, we source fabrics, fabric weights, and trims -- including labels, zippers, buttons, drawcords, and packaging materials.

Pattern Development
Patterns are developed to your fit specification and size range. Measurement charts are confirmed before sample cutting to reduce revision rounds and development time.

Sample Making
Proto and fit samples are produced for your review. Fabric hand feel, garment construction, measurement proportions, and overall presentation are confirmed at this stage.

Printing, Embroidery & Washing Tests
Screen printing, puff printing, rubber printing, DTG, embroidery, appliqué, garment washing, and dyeing techniques are tested and confirmed on the actual fabric before bulk production.

Sample Revision & Approval
Revisions are made based on your feedback until the sample meets your standards. Bulk production only begins after you have formally approved the final sample and pre-production details.

Bulk Production
Cutting, sewing, printing or embroidery, pressing, and finishing are carried out following the approved sample standards. Production progress is monitored throughout each batch.

Quality Inspection, Packing & Shipping
Finished garments are inspected for measurements, workmanship, colours, techniques, and quantities. Products are then packed according to your requirements and prepared for shipment.
