-- Fabric & Fit Options
The right fabric
for your silhouette.
Fabric weight, composition, and fit profile work together to define how a custom tank top looks and wears. We help you select and develop the right combination for your brand's target market and aesthetic.
100% Cotton Jersey
Soft, breathable, and comfortable against the skin. Available in a range of GSM weights -- lighter options for layering or warm-weather wear, heavier weights for a more substantial, premium hand-feel.
Cotton Blends
Cotton/polyester or cotton/modal blends offer improved shape retention, moisture management, and a slightly different surface texture. Suitable for performance-leaning streetwear or athleisure-influenced styles.
Waffle & Rib Knit
Textured knit constructions that add visual interest and a tactile quality to the finished garment. Rib knit is commonly used for necklines and straps; waffle constructions work well for the full body panel on certain styles.
-- Fit Development
Fit profiles developed
to your brand's standard.
Regular Fit
A clean, structured silhouette that follows the body without being restrictive. Suitable for everyday casualwear and versatile brand collections.
Relaxed Fit
A slightly dropped shoulder and wider body for a laid-back, comfortable feel. Popular across streetwear and casual lifestyle brands.
Oversized Fit
Extended body length, wider chest, and deeper armhole for a bold, fashion-forward silhouette. Developed against your size chart and reference samples.
All fit profiles are developed from your size specifications, reference garments, or brand standards. Patterns are confirmed through sample making before any bulk production begins.
-- Construction Details
Every detail,
confirmed before bulk.
The structural details of a tank top -- neckline shape, strap width, armhole depth, side seam finish, and hem construction -- define the overall look and wearability of the finished garment. Each element can be adjusted to match your design requirements and confirmed through the sample stage.
Neckline Shape & Rib
Crew neck, scoop neck, and V-neck profiles are all supported. Neckline width and depth are set to your measurements. Rib binding width -- typically 1 cm to 2.5 cm -- is confirmed in the sample to match the overall proportion of the garment.
Strap Width & Placement
Strap width significantly affects the silhouette -- from narrow, athletic-style straps to wider, more structured shoulder panels. Placement and spacing are developed on the pattern and verified in the sample for fit and proportion across the size range.
Armhole Depth & Binding
Armhole depth is adjusted based on the intended fit -- a standard depth for regular styles, a deeper cut for athletic or streetwear-influenced silhouettes. Armhole edges can be finished with rib binding, clean-fold hems, or coverstitch depending on the design direction.
Side Seam Construction
Side seams can be finished with a standard serged seam, flatlock stitch for a sportswear aesthetic, or side-panel construction for structured styles. Seam allowance and finish are confirmed at the sample stage.
Hem Structure
Hem finish options include a standard single-fold or double-fold hem, rib hem band, or raw-edge finish for certain washed or distressed styles. Hem width is set according to the garment's proportion and the desired visual weight at the bottom of the piece.
Sample Confirmation
All structural details are finalized through the sample process. Proportions, measurements, and workmanship are reviewed and approved before patterns are locked for bulk production. Nothing goes to production without a confirmed sample.
-- Decoration & Branding
Your logo,
your label,
your identity.
Decoration technique and brand labeling are evaluated for each project based on the fabric, artwork, placement, and intended effect. We help you identify the right approach for your custom tank tops.
Decoration Techniques
Chest Print -- Screen Printing
Water-based and plastisol inks for clean, bold graphics on cotton and cotton-blend tank tops. Suitable for chest prints, back graphics, and sleeve or hem details. Technique and ink type are assessed against the fabric and artwork.
Direct-to-garment printing supports complex artwork with multiple colors or photographic detail. Best suited for lighter-weight cotton fabrics. Suitability is confirmed based on fabric composition and artwork requirements.
Chest Badge -- Embroidery
Flat embroidery and 3D puff embroidery for logo and badge placements. Commonly used on chest, back neck, and strap areas. Thread count, stitch direction, and underlay are set according to the artwork and fabric weight.
For styles requiring a worn-in, vintage, or distressed appearance, garment washing can be evaluated. Enzyme wash, acid wash, and pigment wash effects are assessed based on the fabric and the intended visual result.
Brand Labeling & Packaging
Every private label tank top can be produced with a complete set of branded trims and packaging. All label content and placement are confirmed at the sample stage.
Neck Label & Hem Label Detail
Woven or printed main label at the back neck, with your brand name and logo.
Size labels sewn alongside the main label or separately at the side seam.
Wash and care instructions printed or woven, positioned at the side seam or inner hem.
Small woven or printed labels at the hem for additional brand or seasonal detailing.
Custom hangtags, poly bags, and box packaging can be produced to your brand specifications. Packaging requirements are confirmed alongside the sample approval.
-- From Sample to Bulk
Start your tank top
project today.
We manage the complete process from design confirmation through to branded, production-ready garments -- so you can focus on building your brand.
Design Confirmation
Share your sketches, tech pack, reference images, or physical samples. We review the design, discuss fabric and fit options, and confirm the development scope.
Pattern & Sample
We develop the pattern and produce a sample based on the confirmed specifications. Fit, construction, and workmanship are reviewed. Revisions are made until the sample is approved.
Bulk Production
Once the sample is approved, bulk production is arranged against the confirmed pattern, size specifications, fabrics, trims, and workmanship requirements. Key production stages are monitored throughout.
QC & Shipment
Finished garments are inspected for measurements, workmanship, decoration, and packaging before shipment. Products are packed to your brand specifications and shipped on the confirmed schedule.
