YKK or equivalent coil, metal, and invisible zippers. Custom puller shapes and engravings. Snap button closures with custom dies available.
Metal Hardware
Rivets, D-rings, buckles, grommets, and eyelets in brass, gunmetal, or antique finishes. Custom stamped hardware available for branded applications.
Embroidery & Appliqué
Flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, chenille patches, and woven appliqué. Placement and stitch count confirmed on sample before bulk.
Screen & Specialty Print
Screen print, rubber print, puff print, and heat transfer for shell panels or lining. Color matching and print placement confirmed on sample.
Brand Labels & Packaging
Custom woven main labels, printed care labels, size labels, hangtags, and polybag packaging -- all produced to your brand specifications.
Garment Washing & Finishing
Stone wash, enzyme wash, and pigment dyeing for applicable jacket styles. Wash effect and color are confirmed on pre-production samples.

Project Evaluation
We review your product type, design references, construction requirements, and order intent to assess feasibility.
Fabric & Trim Confirmation
Shell fabric, lining, ribbing, zippers, hardware, and all trims are sourced and confirmed before sample development begins.
Sample Development
Pattern is developed and the first sample is produced. Fit, construction, and workmanship are reviewed together with the client.
Revision & Approval
Amendments are made and a revised sample is submitted. Bulk production is only authorized after the client formally approves the sample.
Bulk Production & QC
Production follows the confirmed sample. Finished garments are inspected for measurements, workmanship, and appearance before packing and shipment.
