Product Customization
& Preparation
Understanding what we can customize and what information helps us start your project efficiently.
What types of custom garments do you manufacture?
We specialize in streetwear, casualwear, sportswear, and denim. Our primary focus is menswear, and we also support selected womenswear styles with similar product structures and design directions -- including hoodies, sweatshirts, heavyweight tees, jackets, trousers, denim pieces, shorts, and matching sets.
Dresses, occasionwear, and traditional women's fashion are outside our primary product direction. If you are unsure whether your product category fits our capabilities, please share your references and we will assess accordingly.
What can be customized in each garment?
We support full custom development across the following elements:
- Fabrics & Materials: composition, weight, texture, stretch, and color
- Pattern & Fit: silhouette, measurements, and size grading
- Decoration Techniques: screen printing, puff print, rubber print, DTG printing, embroidery, appliqué, beading, and rivets
- Garment Washing & Dyeing: various wash effects and piece dyeing
- Trims & Hardware: zippers, buttons, drawcords, labels, and custom trims
- Branding & Packaging: main labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, polybags, stickers, barcodes, and carton markings
What information do I need to prepare before starting a project?
The more clearly you can describe your product, the more efficiently we can evaluate your project and provide accurate feedback. Useful information includes:
- Product sketches, reference photos, or physical samples
- Tech pack or detailed construction notes (if available)
- Size specifications or size chart
- Estimated order quantities and number of colorways
- Fabric requirements or preferences
- Artwork files for printing or embroidery (AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG)
- Branding and packaging requirements
- Target delivery country and required delivery timeline
What if I don't have a complete tech pack or full design brief?
You do not need a complete tech pack to begin a conversation. We can work from sketches, reference images, or physical samples to help identify a development direction -- including fabric options, construction approach, and technique feasibility.
However, our team assists with production and technical execution. We do not make brand design decisions on your behalf. The creative direction, aesthetic choices, and final product specifications must be confirmed by you as the brand owner before development proceeds.

MOQ, Samples
& Revisions
Understanding minimum order quantities, sample development costs, and what happens when adjustments are needed.
Do you have a fixed minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We do not apply a single fixed MOQ across all products. The minimum order quantity for each style is assessed based on the product type, fabric and trim specifications, number of colorways, workmanship complexity, and the supply chain requirements of that specific order.
We support small-batch initial orders as well as larger bulk production runs. Please share your product details and estimated quantity so we can evaluate whether the order is feasible and provide a suitable production solution.
Are clothing samples free? How does sample development work?
Samples are custom-developed garments produced to your specific requirements -- they are not free off-the-shelf items. Sample development involves pattern making, fabric and trim sourcing, and skilled workmanship, all of which carry real production costs.
Sample fees and development timelines are assessed on a per-project basis, depending on the product construction, fabric requirements, workmanship, and the completeness of the information you provide. We will confirm the sample cost and estimated timeline before proceeding.
What happens if I need revisions or changes to the sample?
Sample revisions are a normal part of the development process. Minor adjustments may be included within the original sample scope, while significant changes -- such as altering the pattern, switching fabrics, or modifying the construction -- may require additional fees and additional development time.
Each additional sample version will be assessed based on the scope of the changes requested. We will communicate clearly before proceeding with any revision that affects cost or timeline.
The final approved sample serves as the confirmed production standard for bulk manufacturing. All measurements, fabrics, trims, workmanship, and finishes are locked at the point of sample approval.
Can I make design changes after bulk production has started?
Changes after bulk production has commenced are generally not possible without affecting the production schedule and potentially incurring additional costs. This is why we confirm all specifications -- including the approved sample, size chart, fabrics, trims, artwork, and construction details -- before bulk production begins.
We strongly recommend completing all revisions and approvals at the sample stage to avoid disruption to the production timeline.

Fabric, Fit, Techniques
& Quality Control
How we confirm materials, manage fit development, execute custom techniques, and maintain quality throughout production.
How do we confirm fabric composition, weight, hand feel, and color?
Fabric specifications are confirmed through a combination of written descriptions, fabric swatches, and physical samples. Based on your requirements, we can source fabric options and send you swatches for evaluation before development begins.
Color is confirmed using Pantone references or approved physical color standards. We recommend confirming fabric and color standards at the earliest stage of development to avoid delays during sample making or bulk production.
If you have specific fabric requirements -- such as a target GSM, fiber composition, or stretch level -- please share these details in your initial inquiry and we will source accordingly.
How is the pattern, sizing, and fit confirmed during development?
Pattern development begins from your size chart, key measurements, or a physical reference garment. We produce a sample in the primary size for your review and fitting feedback.
Once the fit is approved, we finalize the pattern and apply the confirmed size grading across all required sizes. Any fit adjustments raised during the sampling stage are addressed before moving to bulk production.
We recommend providing a detailed size chart with all key measurements -- chest, length, sleeve, shoulder, hem, and any other relevant points -- to ensure accurate pattern development from the start.
What printing, embroidery, and washing techniques do you support?
We support a wide range of custom apparel techniques:
Printing
- Screen printing
- Puff print
- Rubber print
- DTG (direct-to-garment)
Decoration
- Embroidery
- Appliqué
- Beading & rivets
- Custom trims
Garment Finishing
- Garment washing (enzyme wash, stone wash, acid wash, and others)
- Piece dyeing
The feasibility of each technique depends on the garment fabric, construction, and artwork requirements. We will advise on suitability and any technical limitations during the development stage.
What tolerances apply for color, measurements, and batch consistency?
Minor variations in color, measurement, and batch consistency are inherent to garment manufacturing. Industry-standard tolerances apply to all bulk production orders.
Measurement tolerances are typically within ±1-2 cm depending on the garment category and measurement point. Color consistency is maintained by referencing approved physical standards or Pantone values, though slight shade variation between fabric lots is possible.
We will communicate applicable tolerances clearly at the pre-production confirmation stage so that expectations are aligned before bulk production begins.
What does your quality control process involve?
Quality inspection is carried out at three key stages:
-
1
Pre-Production Confirmation: All specifications are locked before bulk cutting begins -- including the approved sample, size chart, fabrics, trims, colors, artwork placement, and construction requirements.
-
2
In-Process Monitoring: Key production stages are monitored, including cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, garment washing, and finishing.
-
3
Pre-Shipment Inspection: Finished garments are inspected for measurements, workmanship, loose threads, stains, color consistency, printing and embroidery quality, and overall appearance. Products are packed and shipped only after passing inspection.

Lead Time, Payment,
Packaging & Shipping
What to expect regarding timelines, payment terms, custom packaging options, and international delivery.
How long does sample development and bulk production take?
Lead times for both sample development and bulk production vary depending on a range of factors. We do not publish fixed lead times because they cannot be accurately applied across all projects.
Key factors that affect lead time include:
- Fabric and trim sourcing and availability
- Product construction and workmanship complexity
- Number of sample revisions and approval rounds
- Order quantity and number of styles
- Current production schedule and capacity
We will provide an estimated timeline for your specific project after reviewing your product requirements and confirming the production plan.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are confirmed in the formal quotation or order documentation for each project. We do not offer payment upon receipt of goods as a standard arrangement.
Specific payment structure, deposit requirements, and balance terms will be clearly stated in the order agreement before production commences. Please contact us to discuss the payment arrangement applicable to your project.
What custom packaging options are available?
We support a full range of custom packaging and branding elements, including:
- Main labels (woven or printed)
- Care labels and size labels
- Hangtags and swing tags
- Polybags and custom packaging bags
- Stickers and barcode labels
- Cartons and carton markings
All packaging components are produced according to your brand specifications. Please provide your branding files and packaging requirements during the development stage.
How are orders shipped internationally? Can I use my own freight forwarder?
We ship to international destinations via courier (express delivery), air freight, and sea freight. The most suitable shipping method depends on your order volume, destination, and required delivery timeline.
Clients who have their own freight forwarder or preferred logistics partner are welcome to arrange collection from our facility in Dongguan. We are happy to coordinate with your designated agent.
Shipping costs, import duties, customs clearance procedures, and associated responsibilities are determined by the agreed shipping terms (e.g. FOB, EXW, or DDP) and the destination country. These details will be confirmed in the order documentation.
