Screen Printing
Screen Printing
A well-established method using mesh screens to apply ink layer by layer onto fabric. Delivers sharp, consistent coverage and is well-suited for bold graphics, defined shapes, and solid colour fills on both light and dark garments.

High-Opacity Paste
High-Opacity Paste Printing
A thicker ink formulation applied to achieve strong colour coverage, especially on dark or saturated base fabrics. Maintains visual accuracy and vibrancy even when printing light tones over black or navy grounds.

Puff Printing
Puff Printing

DTG Printing
DTG Printing
Direct-to-garment printing applies ink directly onto fabric using a digital process. Suitable for complex, multi-colour artwork including gradients, photo references, and designs with fine detail that are difficult to reproduce through screen-based methods.

Fabric Compatibility
and Wash Performance.
Different printing methods respond differently depending on fabric composition, surface structure, base colour, and garment construction. Cotton jersey, fleece, and blended fabrics each present distinct ink absorption and adhesion characteristics. We assess each project individually before production.
Fabric and Ink Compatibility
Ink selection is matched to fibre content -- cotton-based fabrics generally offer strong adhesion, while blends or synthetic-heavy fabrics require specific ink types and pre-treatment processes.
Coverage on Light and Dark Fabrics
Light-ground fabrics allow standard ink weights. Dark fabrics typically require underbase layers or high-opacity paste formulations to achieve accurate colour reproduction.
Curing and Fixation Control
Proper curing temperature and dwell time are critical to wash durability. We control curing parameters per ink type and fabric to maintain consistency across the production run.
Sample and Wash Testing
Print samples undergo wash testing to evaluate colour retention, edge integrity, and surface durability before bulk production is approved. Final performance depends on garment care and wash conditions.
Print Position and Garment Structure
Print placement must account for seams, pockets, zips, and garment panels. We review artwork placement against the garment construction at the pattern stage to avoid technical conflicts in production.
Bulk Production Consistency
Bulk printing is managed against the approved sample, including colour coverage, print placement, surface effect and curing conditions. Variations inherent to batch production are monitored and kept within accepted tolerances.
Important Note
Final print durability and colour accuracy should always be confirmed through approved samples and wash testing. We do not make unconditional claims about permanent adhesion, as results vary with garment care practices and end-use conditions.
