-- Structure & Construction

Placket, pockets,
cuffs & hem.

Every structural detail of your denim jacket is developed according to your design. Construction options are confirmed through the sample stage before bulk production begins.

Front Placket

Button placket using custom shanked or logo-engraved buttons, or a concealed/exposed zip closure -- developed to match your design direction and brand aesthetic.

Pocket Configurations

Chest patch pockets with or without flap, side entry pockets, coin pockets, and optional interior pockets -- placement, size, and construction confirmed to your spec.

Cuffs & Sleeves

Adjustable button cuffs, raw-edge or clean-finish cuffs, ribbed cuff inserts, or extended sleeve lengths -- all adapted to your silhouette requirements.

Hem & Bottom Band

Adjustable side tabs, straight or curved hem, banded hem with button adjustment, or raw-edge finish -- hem structure is confirmed based on your design and intended fit.

Collar, Shoulders & Back Yoke

Classic point collar, stand collar, or spread collar. Shoulder seam placement, back yoke panel construction, and center-back seaming are all developed to your pattern spec.

Fit & Silhouette

Regular, relaxed, oversized, or cropped silhouettes -- each developed from your measurements, reference garments, or tech pack. Fit is confirmed through sample revision before bulk.

-- Fabric & Wash Development

Denim fabric sourced
to your specification.

Fabric Selection

Denim fabric is sourced based on your target hand-feel, weight, composition, stretch requirement, and intended silhouette. We work with a range of fabric weights and constructions to match the product direction you have in mind.

Composition & Weight

100% cotton, cotton-polyester blends, or stretch denim with elastane -- fabric weight and composition selected to match your garment's structure and drape.

Color Direction

Raw indigo, mid-wash blue, light blue, black denim, and grey tones -- base fabric color confirmed before wash development begins.

Stiffness & Hand-Feel

Rigid, semi-rigid, or soft-washed hand-feel -- confirmed through fabric swatches and wash samples before sample development.

Washing & Distressing

Wash effects are developed through test samples. Final results -- including color depth, hand-feel, and distressing detail -- are confirmed through wash samples and approved garments before bulk production.

Water Wash

General softening and subtle color fade -- suitable for a clean, slightly worn appearance.

Enzyme Wash

Bio-polishing for a smoother surface and softer hand-feel, with mild color reduction.

Stone Wash

Classic vintage fade with surface texture -- depth of effect confirmed through wash samples.

Distressing Details

Localised whiskering, abrasion, fraying, and destroy effects -- placement and intensity confirmed on approved samples.

Note on colour consistency: Denim wash results vary by fabric lot and process conditions. Shade and shrinkage are confirmed through wash samples and pre-production testing. Minor batch variation is inherent to the process.

-- From Concept to Production

Sample, approve,
then produce at scale.

Every project follows a structured development process. Nothing moves to bulk until the sample has been reviewed, revised, and approved against your confirmed requirements.

  1. 01

    Design Review

We review your sketches, tech pack, or reference samples and confirm product direction, construction, and feasibility.

  2. 02

    Fabric & Wash Confirmation

Fabric swatches and wash samples are submitted for your approval before sample development begins.

  3. 03

    Sample Development

A physical sample is produced using the confirmed fabric, trims, wash, and construction to your measurements.

  4. 04

    Revision & Approval

You review the sample and request any adjustments. Revisions continue until the sample meets your standards.

  5. 05

    Bulk Production

Bulk production proceeds based on the approved sample, confirmed measurements, fabrics, trims, and workmanship.

  6. 06

    QC & Packaging

Finished garments are inspected against the approved sample. Products are packed and shipped only after passing quality checks.
