-- Materials & Construction
Heavyweight Fabrics and
Streetwear Construction.
Fabric weight, composition, hand feel, shrinkage, and technique compatibility are assessed for each project individually. We source and match materials based on your design requirements rather than offering a fixed fabric catalogue.
Jersey, Fleece & French Terry
Core knit constructions for hoodies, sweatshirts, and tees. Fabric weight and blend are selected based on the style, wash treatment, and intended market.
Denim & Woven Fabrics
Selvedge and standard denim, canvas, and selected wovens for jackets, overshirts, and outerwear. Weight and weave structure confirmed per style.
Ribbed Trims & Waistbands
Custom rib knit necklines, cuffs, and waistbands developed to match the body fabric in weight, color, and stretch. Rib gauge and composition confirmed at sample stage.
Double-Layer Hoods & Reinforced Seams
Structural details that affect both durability and hand feel. Construction methods are confirmed at the pattern and sample stage based on your design requirements.
Drop Shoulders & Panel Construction
Silhouette-defining details including extended shoulder seams, raglan sleeves, colour-blocked panels, and custom pocket placements developed to your pattern spec.
Custom Measurements & Pattern Development
Patterns are developed or graded based on your size chart and fit notes. Measurement adjustments are reviewed and approved before bulk cutting begins.
Please note: Fabric weight, composition, hand feel, shrinkage, and technique compatibility vary by style and are evaluated per project. We do not maintain a fixed fabric stock or guarantee specific GSM ranges without reviewing your design requirements first.
-- Decoration & Branding
Graphics, Washing and
Custom Brand Details.
Complex print effects, embroidery, and washing treatments are confirmed through sample testing. Washed garments may show reasonable variation in colour, hand feel, and dimensions -- this is reviewed and agreed before bulk production.
Printing Techniques
Screen Printing & Puff Printing
Flat and raised graphic effects on jersey and fleece. Suitable for bold graphics, tonal prints, and multi-colour designs. Puff printing adds a three-dimensional texture to the print surface.

Direct-to-garment printing suitable for detailed artwork and photographic graphics where applicable. Suitability depends on fabric composition and garment construction.
Embroidery & Appliqué
Flat Embroidery, 3D Embroidery & Appliqué
Woven and stitched branding elements on chest, sleeve, and back panels. 3D puff embroidery adds height and visual weight to logos and text. Appliqué combines fabric cutouts with stitching for layered effects.

Faded, Distressed & Enzyme Wash Effects
Garment washing for softened hand feel, faded tones, and distressed surface effects. Results vary by fabric and wash recipe -- effects are tested and approved at sample stage before bulk.

-- How We Work
From Streetwear Sample
to Bulk Production.
MOQ, sample lead time, production timeline, and pricing depend on product construction, fabric, colour count, techniques, trims, and order quantity. These are confirmed after reviewing your project requirements.
-
Submit Design Files & Project Requirements
Share your tech pack, sketches, reference images, or physical samples along with your product type, quantity, and timeline.
-
Confirm Fabrics, Fit, Construction & Decoration
We review your requirements, source suitable fabrics and trims, and align on construction methods, techniques, and branding details before sampling begins.
-
Develop & Revise the Sample
A physical sample is produced and sent for your review. Fit, construction, and technique details are revised based on your feedback.
-
Approve the Final Production Standard
Once the sample is approved, all production information -- measurements, fabrics, trims, artwork, and construction -- is locked for bulk.
-
Bulk Production, Quality Inspection & Packaging
Bulk garments are produced, inspected for measurements and workmanship, and packed according to your requirements before shipment.
