Structured silhouette, standard chest and sleeve proportions.

Relaxed Fit

Slightly wider body and sleeve with a comfortable, easy drape.

Oversized Fit

Dropped shoulder, extended body length, wider sleeves -- streetwear-oriented silhouette.

Cropped Fit

Common Fabric Options

Cotton French Terry & Loopback

Mid-weight loopback construction; soft hand feel, good breathability. Suited to transitional and spring/autumn styles. Available in 280-380 gsm range.

Heavyweight Cotton Fleece

400-600 gsm brushed fleece; substantial drape and structure. Common in premium streetwear and winter-weight collections. Holds print and embroidery well.

Cotton-Polyester Blend Fleece

Typically 80/20 or 60/40 CVC blend; improved shape retention, reduced shrinkage, and consistent dyeing. Versatile across weight ranges and colorways.

Polar Fleece & Sherpa

Lightweight polar fleece for active-oriented styles; sherpa bonded or contrast-lined construction for winter and outerwear-influenced zip-ups.

  3. Pattern & Sample

    Pattern is developed to your measurements and fit direction. Sample is produced and shared with detailed photos and measurement report.

  4. Revision & Approval

    Fit, construction, and workmanship feedback is addressed. Revised sample produced if needed. Bulk proceeds only after your written approval.

  5. Bulk Production & QC

    Bulk is produced against the approved sample. Key stages monitored. Final inspection covers measurements, workmanship, print, embroidery, and packaging.
