Streetwear Casualwear Denim

-- Step 01 / Getting Started

Preparing your
project brief.

You don't need a finished tech pack to get started. Share what you have and we'll work with you to fill in the details needed for development.

What to Submit

Sketches, reference images, tech packs, size charts, or physical samples -- any combination works. The more detail you provide, the more precise our initial feedback will be.

Key Information to Clarify

Product type and category, target quantity per style, target price range or budget, required delivery timeframe, and any specific workmanship or branding requirements.

How We Respond

After reviewing your brief, we'll come back with questions, fabric and construction suggestions, and a clear outline of the development process and timeline for your project.

Project Brief

What to Send Us

  • Design Drafts / References

Sketches, mood boards, reference images, or tech packs

  • Size Charts & Measurements

Target fit, graded size specs, or reference garment dimensions

  • Fabric & Material Requirements

Fabric type, weight, composition, color, or finish preferences

  • Order Quantities

Estimated units per style and total order volume

  • Target Price & Budget

FOB price target or cost range per garment

  • Delivery Timeline

Required in-hand date or target shipping window

No need to have everything ready -- share what you have and we'll guide you through the rest.

-- Step 02 / Product Direction

Fabric, construction
& workmanship advice.

Based on your brand positioning and product requirements, we provide practical recommendations on materials and construction to help you build products that are commercially viable and producible at scale.

Fabric Selection

We advise on fabric composition, weight, and finish based on your product category -- from heavyweight fleece and French terry for sweatshirts to structured denim and technical fabrics for sportswear.

Pattern & Fit

We develop patterns suited to your target fit -- relaxed, oversized, slim, or structured -- and advise on construction details that affect how the garment wears and holds up over time.

Print & Embroidery

We support screen printing, puff print, rubber print, DTG, embroidery, and appliqué. We advise on technique suitability, placement, and how each method affects cost and MOQ.

Garment Washing & Dyeing

Enzyme wash, stone wash, acid wash, pigment dye, and garment dye are available for denim and casualwear styles. We advise on which process suits your desired finish and fabric base.

Brand Details

Custom woven main labels, printed care labels, size labels, hangtags, and packaging can be produced to your specifications -- ensuring every touchpoint reflects your brand identity.

Producibility Review

Before development begins, we review your design for producibility -- flagging any elements that may affect quality consistency, cost efficiency, or manufacturing feasibility at your target quantity.

-- Step 03 / Sample Development

Develop, review and
approve your sample.

The sample development process ensures that every detail -- fit, fabric, workmanship, and branding -- is confirmed before bulk production begins.

Pattern Development & First Sample

Based on your confirmed design and measurements, we develop the pattern and produce the first sample. The sample is made using confirmed fabrics and trims, with all workmanship details executed as specified.

Stage 03

Fit Feedback & Revisions

You review the sample and provide fit and workmanship feedback. We revise the pattern and re-sample as needed. Each revision round addresses your specific comments until the sample meets your requirements.

Stage 04

Final Approval & Production Standard

Once the sample is approved, it becomes the confirmed production standard. All bulk production is carried out against the approved sample -- same pattern, same fabrics, same workmanship, same trims.

Sample Development Is a Paid Stage

Sample development is a professional service, not a free pre-production courtesy. Development costs cover pattern making, material sourcing, and skilled labour -- and are quoted clearly before work begins.

Consolidate Your Feedback

Please gather all comments on fit, sizing, fabric, construction, and workmanship into a single consolidated response per revision round. Clear, complete feedback reduces revision cycles and keeps the timeline on track.

Major Changes May Affect Cost & Timeline

If significant changes to the design, construction, or technique are requested after development has started, the quoted cost and delivery timeline may need to be re-evaluated. We will communicate any impact clearly before proceeding.

Final Approval Standards

Three documents confirm your production reference.

  • Approved physical sample
  • Confirmed size specification sheet
  • Agreed workmanship & technical records

Important

The approved sample is your production reference.

We do not proceed to bulk production until the sample has been formally approved. This step protects both sides -- you receive bulk goods that match what was confirmed, and we produce against a clear, agreed standard.

Confirmed pattern & measurements
Approved fabrics & trims
Verified workmanship details
Confirmed branding & packaging

-- Step 04 / First Production Order

MOQ, cost &
what to expect.

MOQ and unit cost are not fixed numbers -- they depend on your specific product. Here's what influences them and how your first production order is managed.

What Affects MOQ & Cost

  • Style & Construction Complexity

More complex construction -- paneling, special seaming, multiple components -- increases per-unit cost and may affect the minimum viable order quantity.

  • Fabric & Material Selection

Fabric type, weight, and sourcing requirements directly affect material cost. Some specialty fabrics carry fabric minimums that influence how orders are structured.

  • Color Options Per Style

More colorways per style split the total quantity across colors, which may affect fabric minimums and dye lot requirements for each individual color.

  • Printing, Embroidery & Washing

Each applied technique -- screen printing, embroidery, garment washing -- has its own setup cost and minimum quantity. These are factored into the overall per-unit price.

  • Labels, Trims & Packaging

Custom woven labels, hangtags, and branded packaging require their own production minimums and lead times. These are coordinated as part of the overall order schedule.

How Pricing Is Provided

We provide pricing per style after reviewing your confirmed design, fabric requirements, workmanship details, and target quantity. Pricing is not quoted from a generic rate card -- it reflects the actual cost structure of your specific product.

Quality Inspection & Delivery

Before shipment, all finished garments are inspected against the approved sample for measurements, workmanship, colour consistency, printing, embroidery, and overall appearance. Goods are packed and dispatched only after passing inspection.

Production Timeline

Production lead time varies by product type, order quantity, and workmanship requirements. We confirm the production schedule before bulk begins and keep you updated at key stages throughout the process.

-- Ongoing Partnership

Built to reorder
with confidence.

Once your first order is complete, all confirmed production data -- patterns, measurements, fabrics, trims, and workmanship details -- is retained for future reorders. This means your product stays consistent across seasons and batches.

Retained Production Records

Approved patterns, size specs, fabric references, and workmanship details are kept on file -- no need to re-develop from scratch on repeat orders.

Consistent Batch Quality

Reorders are produced against the same confirmed standard as your first order, maintaining product consistency across batches and seasons.

Scalable as You Grow

As your order quantities increase, we scale production accordingly -- same process, same quality standards, adjusted to your brand's current volume and timeline.
