  • Reference images or physical samples

Second Step

Confirm the Quote,
Fabric, Fit and Techniques

Before sampling begins, we align on all key specifications. This step ensures both parties have a shared understanding of the product and its requirements.

Project Quote

Final pricing is determined based on confirmed specifications, materials, techniques, and quantity.

Fabric & Trims

Composition, weight, color, and hand feel. Trims including labels, zippers, buttons, and hardware.

Fit, Sizing & Techniques

Pattern and size specifications, plus printing, embroidery, garment washing, and other workmanship requirements.

Third Step

Sample Development
and Approval

Once specifications are confirmed, we develop a physical sample. This is the stage where the product takes shape and can be reviewed in detail.

Sample Development

We produce a physical sample based on the confirmed pattern, fabrics, trims, and workmanship requirements.

Fit and Detail Review

You review the sample and provide feedback on sizing, fit, fabric, colors, and workmanship. Revisions are made based on confirmed comments.

Final Sample Approval

Once the sample meets your requirements, you confirm approval to proceed.

Bulk production begins after the key specifications and sample standards are confirmed.

Fourth Step

Bulk Production,
Quality Checks and Payment

With the approved sample as the production standard, bulk manufacturing begins. Quality is monitored throughout the process, not just at the end.

Pre-Production Confirmation

Fabrics, trims, colors, and artwork placement verified before cutting begins.

Fabric & Cutting Inspection

Fabric quality and cutting accuracy checked at the start of production.

In-Line Production Checks

Key stages monitored including sewing, printing, embroidery, and washing.

Finished Garment Inspection

Measurements, workmanship, print, embroidery, labels, and overall appearance checked against the approved sample.

Payment is executed according to the order terms confirmed between both parties.
