Pattern & construction
developed to your spec.
Every structural detail -- silhouette, inseam length, hem finish, pocket placement, waistband, and yoke -- is developed through pattern making and confirmed via a physical sample before bulk production begins.
Silhouette Options
We develop relaxed, straight, baggy, and tapered-leg silhouettes. Seat, thigh, knee, and leg-opening measurements are set according to your size chart and target fit profile.

Inseam Length
Length is set per your measurements -- from mid-thigh to just above or below the knee, and long-line shorts with extended inseam. All proportions are graded across your size run.

Hem & Leg Opening
Clean folded hems, raw-cut hems, frayed raw hems, and uneven or distressed hems are all available. Hem finish is confirmed through the sample to ensure the final result matches your reference.

Pocket Construction
Standard five-pocket layouts, patch pockets, side-seam pockets, cargo pockets, and functional utility pockets. Pocket shape, depth, placement, and bag lining are all customisable.

Waistband, Fly & Yoke
Waistband width, belt loop count and placement, zipper fly or button fly, crotch shaping, and back yoke angle are each specified to your requirements and confirmed through the approved sample.
Pattern & Grading
All patterns are developed and graded based on your size chart. Proportions, seam allowances, and key measurements are confirmed before cutting begins -- not assumed from a standard block.

Hand & Structure
Fabric stiffness, drape, surface texture, and weight are selected based on your silhouette target and intended washing effect. We can source and confirm fabric options with lab dips or washed-out samples where needed.
Washing & Distressing Effects
Faded & Vintage Wash
Stone wash, enzyme wash, and bleach wash for a lived-in or aged appearance. Depth and evenness of fade confirmed through sample.
Distressed & Destroyed Details
Localised abrasion, open holes, whisker lines, and random distressing applied by hand or equipment. Placement and intensity confirmed per reference.
Whiskers & Cat Scratch
Seat and thigh whisker lines for a natural wear pattern. Frequency, depth, and width matched to your reference or design direction.
Post-Wash Dimensional Changes
Washing affects colour, hand feel, and garment measurements. Final dimensions are confirmed on washed samples, and reasonable batch variation is expected in production.
Important Note
Special washing and distressing effects require sample testing and written confirmation before bulk production. Colour and distress results may vary within a reasonable range between batches -- exact uniformity across every unit cannot be guaranteed.

Thread & Stitching
Thread colour, stitch type, and topstitch width are specified per garment. Contrast orange, tone-on-tone, and reinforced bar-tack stitching at stress points are all configurable to your design.
Brand Labels & Packaging
Woven & Printed Labels
- Custom woven main labels -- sewn at centre back neck or waistband
- Care labels and size labels to your layout and content
- Leather or PU waist patches with logo emboss or deboss
Hangtags & Packaging
- Custom printed hangtags with brand artwork and barcode
- Individual polybags, branded stickers, and carton labelling
- Folding, tissue paper wrapping, and size-ratio pack-out
Hardware finish and label materials must be confirmed as compatible with the selected washing method. Items that go through garment washing are tested on washed samples before bulk approval.

We manage the complete development process -- from initial brief submission through sample confirmation and bulk production to final packaging and delivery. Each step is confirmed before proceeding to the next.

Submit Your Brief
Share your design sketches, reference images, tech pack, or physical sample. Include target silhouette, construction details, fabric preferences, quantities, size range, and any brand label or packaging requirements.

Development Assessment
We review your product requirements -- silhouette, construction, fabric, washing method, hardware, trims, and order volume -- and advise on feasibility, fabric options, and technical considerations before sampling begins.

Sample Development
We develop the pattern and produce a physical sample based on the confirmed product scope. You review fit, measurements, fabric hand-feel, washing effect, hardware, and label placement. Revisions are made until the sample meets your requirements.

Sample Confirmation & Final Quotation
Once the sample is approved and signed off, a formal quotation is issued based on the fully confirmed specifications -- fabric, construction, washing, hardware, labels, packaging, and quantities. Bulk production is only scheduled after the quotation and deposit are confirmed.

Bulk Production & Quality Inspection
Bulk production follows the confirmed pattern, size specifications, fabrics, trims, washing process, and all agreed technical requirements. Key production stages are monitored, and finished garments are inspected for measurements, workmanship, washing effect, hardware, label placement, and overall appearance before shipment.

Packaging & Delivery
Garments that pass final inspection are packed according to your confirmed packaging requirements -- folding method, poly bags, carton specifications, and labelling. Shipment is arranged based on the agreed delivery schedule and logistics terms.
