Back-neck twill tape or self-fabric tape for structure and comfort. Custom woven label at neck available.
Hem & Cuff Finish
Twin-needle bottom hem and sleeve cuffs as standard. Single-needle, raw-edge, or rib-cuff alternatives on request.

Lightweight
Breathable and soft against the skin. Suited to warmer climates, layering pieces, and lifestyle collections where drape and comfort are priorities.

Breathability
Natural cotton fibres provide airflow. Blend ratios are adjusted based on intended end use and climate suitability.
Shrinkage Performance
Pre-shrunk or enzyme-washed fabrics help maintain size consistency. Wash testing can be arranged during sample development.
Print Compatibility
Fabric weight and composition affect print adhesion, vibrancy, and wash durability. Fabric and technique are matched during development.

Screen Printing
High-opacity, durable ink application. Best for bold graphics, solid fills, and multi-colour designs on cotton and cotton-blend fabrics.

DTG Printing

Bulk Production
Bulk is produced to the approved sample, confirmed measurements, fabrics, trims, and workmanship. Quality inspection is completed before packing and shipment.

MOQ depends on the product style, fabric choice, colour count, workmanship, and total order quantity. We evaluate each project individually and advise on what is feasible at your current stage.
