Denim Jeans
Straight leg, relaxed fit, wide leg, and tapered silhouettes. Developed from your reference or tech pack with custom measurements, fabric weight, and wash direction. Suitable for both menswear and selected womenswear.

Denim Shorts

Fabric selection and fit direction are evaluated together based on your product positioning, intended wash effect, and target cost. We do not offer a fixed fabric stock -- all materials are sourced to match each project.
Fabric Composition
100% cotton, cotton-polyester blends, and stretch denim with elastane. Fabric composition is selected based on the intended silhouette, wash treatment, and product end-use.
Weight & Structure
Fabric weight is selected to suit the product category and construction. Heavier weights are typically used for jackets and structured jeans; lighter weights for shorts and washed styles.
Base Color & Tone
Indigo blue, black, grey, and ecru are common base directions. Final color tone after washing depends on fabric, dye lot, and wash process -- confirmed through sample testing.
Stretch & Recovery
Non-stretch and stretch options are available. Stretch content and recovery performance are evaluated alongside silhouette and wash requirements to ensure the final garment holds its shape.
Fit & Silhouette
Straight, relaxed, wide leg, tapered, cropped, and oversized silhouettes. Fit is developed from your measurements and refined through sample fittings before bulk is confirmed.
Pre- & Post-Wash Specs
Denim garments change in dimensions, hand feel, and color after washing. Patterns and measurements are adjusted to account for shrinkage and wash effect, confirmed through sample testing.

Washing effects, distressing, hardware, and stitching are confirmed through sample development. Complex effects require sample testing before bulk production, as results vary depending on fabric, base color, and process conditions.

Enzyme wash, stone wash, acid wash, bleach wash, and vintage fading effects. Results are confirmed through sample testing.
Distressing & Raw Edge
Hand-sanding, whiskering, ripping, and raw-edge hem details. Distressing placement and intensity are confirmed on the approved sample.
Buttons, Rivets & Zippers
Custom metal buttons, copper rivets, and branded zippers. Hardware finish and size are selected to match the overall product direction.
Pocket Construction
Five-pocket structure, cargo pockets, coin pockets, and custom pocket shapes. Pocket lining, depth, and placement are confirmed during development.
Stitching & Seams
Contrast or tonal stitching, chain stitch, flat-felled seams, and reinforced stress points. Thread color and stitch type are confirmed on the sample.
Labels & Brand Trims
Custom main labels, care labels, size labels, leather patch labels, hangtags, and branded packaging aligned with your brand identity.

Production proceeds against the approved sample. Finished garments are inspected and packed before shipment.
