Custom Development
Collar. Placket.
Fabric. Fit.
Your Brand.
-- Structure & Construction
Collar, placket, button
and cuff -- your way.
Each structural element of a polo shirt is matched to your design direction, fabric choice, and target silhouette -- not assembled from a fixed menu of options.
Collar Construction
Ribbed collars, self-fabric collars, or structured collars with interlining -- selected based on fabric weight, garment style, and the collar stand your design requires. Stitching finish and collar shape are confirmed at the sample stage.
Placket Development
Two-button or three-button plackets, self-fabric or contrast placket facing, reinforced or clean-finished edges. Placket width, button spacing, and stitching are developed to match the overall garment proportion.
Button Selection
Button size, material, colour, and shank type are chosen to complement the fabric and overall design. Tonal, contrast, and custom-dyed button options can be explored during development.
Sleeve Cuffs
Ribbed cuffs, open hemmed sleeves, or custom-finished cuffs -- each option affects the garment's silhouette and wearability. Cuff width and rib tension are adjusted to suit the sleeve shape and fabric behaviour.
Reinforcement & Finishing Details
Collar stand reinforcement, placket interlining, bartack stitching at stress points, and side vent construction are all part of the structural development process. These details are reviewed during sample approval and carried through to bulk production without compromise.
-- Fabric & Fit
The right fabric
for the right fit.
Fabric selection and fit development happen together. The weight, structure, and stretch of a fabric directly affect how a pattern is built and how the finished garment wears.
Fabric Options
- Cotton piqué -- the classic polo fabric, with a structured surface texture that holds its shape and takes embroidery well.
- Cotton jersey -- softer hand feel, suitable for casual and lifestyle-oriented polo styles with a relaxed or slim fit.
- Cotton-blend fabrics -- blended constructions that balance durability, breathability, and dimensional stability across washes.
- Stretch fabric options -- elastane or performance blends for athletic and sport-leisure polo styles requiring freedom of movement.
Fabric weight, composition, and colour options are discussed during development based on your product requirements. We do not maintain a fixed fabric inventory.
Fit Development
Fit is developed through pattern making, graded size specifications, and physical sample fitting. We build the silhouette your brand needs -- whether that's a structured classic fit, a tailored slim fit, a comfortable regular fit, or an oversized relaxed fit.
Classic Fit
Traditional polo proportion with structured chest and straight hem.
Slim Fit
Tapered through the body with a closer arm fit and shorter hem.
Regular Fit
Relaxed through the chest with comfortable movement and a versatile silhouette.
Relaxed Fit
Dropped shoulder, wider body, longer hem -- suited to casualwear and lifestyle collections.
Key measurements -- chest, shoulder width, body length, sleeve length, and armhole -- are adjusted through sample review and confirmed before bulk.
Fabric and fit work together. A piqué fabric behaves differently from a jersey when the same pattern is applied. We account for fabric shrinkage, weight, and stretch during pattern development so the finished garment matches your approved spec.
-- Branding & Details
Embroidery, labels
and every detail.
Logo placement, stitch count, label construction, and packaging are all part of the product. Each branding element is confirmed during sample development before bulk production begins.
Hangtags, Care Labels & Packaging
Custom hangtags, care labels, and packaging specs are developed alongside the garment and confirmed before bulk -- so every unit ships exactly as your brand intends.
-- How We Work
From first inquiry
to approved bulk.
A straightforward development process -- every step confirmed before moving to the next, so there are no surprises when your order ships.
Submit Your Design
Share your design files, reference images, tech pack, or physical sample. Include your estimated quantity, size range, colour requirements, and any fabric or branding preferences.
Confirm the Details
We review your requirements and confirm fabric options, fit direction, construction details, branding approach, and colour selections before any sample work begins.
Sample Development
We develop the sample and send it for your review. Fit, fabric, construction, embroidery, and labels are all evaluated at this stage. Revisions are made until the sample meets your requirements.
Approve & Produce
Once the sample is approved, bulk production is arranged based on the confirmed pattern, measurements, fabrics, trims, and branding. Finished garments are inspected before shipment.
