Accurate pricing for multi-style wholesale orders requires complete information for each style. We evaluate each style individually before confirming costs and production feasibility.
Multi-style orders are evaluated style by style. Before quoting, we review the product specifications, quantities, materials, branding details and packing requirements for each item.

MOQ, unit cost and production feasibility may differ between styles because of fabric availability, color quantities, construction details and custom processes. Accurate quotations are provided after the order specifications have been reviewed.

Material and Batch Checking
Fabric color, weight, hand feel and key trims are checked before or during production.
In-Process Inspection
Cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery and measurements are reviewed at relevant production stages.
Final Inspection and Packing
Finished garments are checked for appearance, measurements, workmanship and packing details before shipment.

For repeat orders, we review the previous specifications together with current fabric and trim availability. New material batches may have reasonable differences in shade or hand feel, so key details should be reconfirmed before production.

Marks & Shipment
Handover.
We execute packaging, labelling, carton marking and export documentation to your confirmed requirements. We coordinate shipment preparation and hand over the goods to your nominated freight forwarder. Shipping arrangements are confirmed according to the destination, order volume and agreed trade terms.

Individual Garment Packing
Each garment folded and packed in individual polybags to your specified folding standard. Packaging method confirmed per style before bulk production commences.
Barcode and SKU Labels
Barcode, SKU, size and colour labels applied per your specifications. Label artwork and placement confirmed before packing begins.
Assorted Carton Packing
Styles sorted and packed by your carton breakdown. Mixed or single-style cartons arranged to match your packing list structure.
Carton Marks
Outer cartons marked with style number, colour, size range, quantity, gross/net weight and destination as required. Carton dimensions and weights provided for freight planning.
Packing List
A detailed packing list prepared per shipment, listing styles, colours, sizes, quantities and carton references aligned with your order.
Commercial Invoice
Commercial Invoice prepared per shipment to the required format. Additional documents such as Certificate of Origin can be arranged as required by your import procedures.
Freight-Forwarder Handover
Goods are handed over to your nominated freight forwarder at our factory or a designated warehouse. We coordinate cargo handover and provide all necessary shipping documents to support your forwarding arrangements.
Please note: Our responsibility covers packaging, documentation and cargo handover on the China side. We work with your nominated freight forwarder to ensure all shipping documents are prepared correctly. Import customs clearance, applicable duties and in-country distribution remain the responsibility of the importer or buyer. We are glad to cooperate with your customs broker or freight forwarder throughout the process.

Reorder Confirmation Process
Before each reorder, fabric batches, colours, quantities and any updated requirements are confirmed. We do not assume previous specifications carry over automatically -- confirmation protects production accuracy.
