Ribbing that holds its
shape and character.
The ribbed collar, cuffs, and hem define the structure and silhouette of a bomber jacket. We develop custom ribbing to match your design direction -- colour, stripe pattern, elasticity, width, and tension are all adjustable.
Rib Collar
Stand collar ribbing with adjustable height and tension. Single or double-layer construction available to suit your design.
Ribbed Cuffs
Width and elasticity matched to sleeve weight. Stripe colours and sequences developed to your specification.
Ribbed Hem Band
Waistband ribbing coordinated with cuffs for a consistent silhouette. Stretch and width adjusted per garment fit.
Stripe & Colour
Solid, tonal, or multi-stripe rib options. Colour placement and sequencing developed directly from your artwork.
Development Note
Ribbing specifications are confirmed at the sample stage alongside the shell fabric. We assess stretch recovery, colour fastness, and proportion against the approved silhouette before bulk production begins.

Embroidery
Flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, and chain stitch — developed to your digitised artwork. Common placements include chest left, centre back, and sleeve cap. Thread colour matched to Pantone reference.
Print & Appliqué
Screen printing, rubber print, and puff print for graphic bomber applications. Appliqué panels and patch construction for varsity and letterman styles. Combination techniques — embroidery over print — are available.

Submit Your Brief
Share your sketches, reference images, tech pack, or physical sample. Tell us the style, silhouette, target fabric, quantity range, and any specific workmanship requirements.
Product Evaluation
We review your brief and assess construction feasibility, fabric direction, and workmanship requirements. We respond with questions, suggestions, and a clear development plan.
Fabric & Trim Sourcing
We source shell fabric, lining, ribbing, zippers, labels, and hardware based on your confirmed spec. Physical swatches and trim samples are shared for your approval before sampling begins.
Sample Development
We produce a development sample following the confirmed pattern, fabric, and workmanship. Fit comments and revision requests are addressed in subsequent sample rounds.
Sample Approval
Once the sample meets your requirements, you confirm it as the bulk production standard. Measurements, fabrics, trims, artwork, and workmanship are all locked at this stage.
Bulk Production & QC
Bulk production follows the approved sample exactly. We monitor key production stages and conduct a full inspection covering measurements, workmanship, decoration, and packaging before shipment.
