A note on color matching between tops and bottoms
When the hoodie and trousers are cut from the same fabric batch, color consistency is straightforward to manage. When different fabric constructions, compositions, or garment wash processes are used, slight color variation between pieces is normal. We confirm acceptable tolerances through pre-production samples and color approvals before bulk production begins.

Samples are developed for both the hoodie and the trousers together. You review fit, fabric, color, construction and branding as a complete set -- not as two separate pieces.

Approve Measurements, Workmanship & Branding
Once samples are approved, all measurements, workmanship standards, fabric specs, trims, label placements and packaging requirements are documented as the production reference.

Proceed with Bulk Production & Quality Inspection
Bulk production follows the confirmed sample and specifications. Key stages including cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery and finishing are monitored. Finished garments are inspected for measurements, workmanship, color and overall appearance.

Complete Packaging & Shipping Preparation
Products are packed according to your confirmed packaging requirements -- polybags, stickers, barcodes and carton marks -- and prepared for shipment once quality inspection is complete.
