For clothing sets, consistency between the top and bottom is not just a visual requirement -- it affects how the set feels, wears, and holds up over time. We manage fabric and color alignment as part of the development process.

Fabric and Weight Selection
Tops and bottoms are sourced from the same fabric batch where possible. Fabric composition, weight, and surface finish are selected to ensure the set looks and feels consistent as a complete garment.
Matching and Coordinated Colors
Color is confirmed on the approved sample before bulk production begins. We work to match colors across both pieces using the same dye lot and finishing process. We do not guarantee zero variance between batches, but we confirm color consistency through sample approval and pre-production checks.
Rib, Lining and Trim Matching
Rib cuffs, waistbands, and hem ribs are matched in color and weight between the top and bottom. Lining, drawcords, and hardware are selected to coordinate across both pieces as part of the sample development process.
Washing and Finishing Considerations
For washed or garment-dyed sets, both pieces are processed together in the same wash to maintain color and texture consistency. Finishing requirements -- including softening, brushing, or enzyme wash -- are applied uniformly across the complete set.

Size Grading Consistency
Size grading is applied consistently across both pieces. Measurements for the top and bottom are confirmed together so that each size combination fits as intended.
Print & Embroidery Placement
Artwork placement is confirmed on both pieces during sample development. Position, scale, and technique are matched across the set and documented before bulk production.
Unified Labels & Trims
Main labels, care labels, size labels, and hangtags are produced to the same specification for both pieces. Hardware, drawcords, and zipper pulls are matched across the complete set.
Consistent Sewing & Finishing Standards
Stitch type, seam construction, and finishing details are specified and applied consistently across both pieces. Before shipment, each set is inspected together -- measurements, workmanship, and appearance checked as a complete unit.
