Process &
Quality
Control.

From your first brief to final shipment, every stage of production at Yizhe Studio is structured, confirmed, and controlled -- so finished garments are produced in line with the approved sample and confirmed specifications.

We manage the complete workflow: project evaluation, sample development, bulk production, quality inspection, and packaging -- as one integrated process, not separate steps.

1

Stage One

Project Evaluation &
Sample Development

Before any production begins, we establish a complete and shared understanding of the product -- its construction, materials, workmanship, and intended result. Every decision made at this stage reduces risk at bulk.

What you send us

  • Sketches, reference images, or tech packs
  • Physical samples or existing garments
  • Fabric, color, and sizing preferences
  • Branding and labeling requirements

Requirements Review

We review your sketches, references, or tech packs and clarify construction, workmanship, and product structure before moving forward.

Fabric & Trim Sourcing

We source suitable fabrics and trims based on your specifications, share options for confirmation, and align on materials before pattern development begins.

Pattern & Sample Development

Patterns are drafted to your specifications. A physical sample is produced for fit, construction, and technique evaluation.

Final Sample Approval

Revisions are made based on confirmed feedback. Bulk production begins only after the sample and production details are approved.

2

Stage Two

Bulk Production
Workflow

Once your sample is approved and all production details confirmed, bulk manufacturing proceeds according to a structured workflow -- with every stage tracked against the approved reference.

We coordinate cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, garment washing, and other specialist processes as required by your product, managing the full production schedule from start to finish.

Approved Sample as Reference

Bulk production follows the approved sample to ensure consistency.

Material & Color Check

Fabrics, trims, and colors are verified for accuracy before production.

In-Line Quality Inspection

Key production stages are monitored to ensure quality standards.

Final Measurement & Packing Check

Finished garments are inspected for size, quality, and packaging.

A

Pre-Production Confirmation

Before cutting begins, we confirm all bulk production references: approved sample, size specifications, fabrics, trims, colors, artwork placement, and construction details.

B

Cutting & Sewing

Fabric is cut to pattern, then sewn by experienced operators according to the confirmed construction requirements and approved workmanship standard.

C

Specialist Finishing Processes

Printing, embroidery, garment washing, dyeing, and other finishing processes are applied as required -- each completed to the technique standards confirmed during sample approval.

D

Production Progress Tracking

We monitor production progress throughout bulk, coordinating between production stages to maintain consistency and meet the agreed delivery schedule.

3

Stage Three

Production Quality
Control

Quality control is built into each stage of production -- not applied as a single final check. We inspect before, during, and after production to ensure consistency across the full batch.

Before Production

Pre-Production Check

  • -- Approved sample on-hand for reference
  • -- Size specs and construction confirmed
  • -- Fabric, color, and trim verified against approved standards
  • -- Artwork files and placement confirmed

During Production

In-Line Monitoring

  • -- Cutting accuracy checked against pattern
  • -- Sewing workmanship monitored at key stages
  • -- Printing and embroidery spot-checked against approved reference
  • -- Garment washing and finishing reviewed

Measurements

Size & Construction Review

  • -- Garments measured against confirmed spec sheet
  • -- Construction details compared to approved sample
  • -- Color consistency checked across the batch
  • -- Technique placement and execution verified

Final Inspection

Finished Garment Inspection

  • -- Each garment checked for loose threads and stains
  • -- Overall appearance reviewed against approved sample
  • -- Labels and branding confirmed correct
  • -- Only passed garments proceed to packaging

Production approved only when confirmed against your requirements

Our quality process is built around what was approved at sample stage. Each bulk shipment is cleared against the confirmed sample, spec sheet, and production requirements -- not a generic checklist.

4

Stage Four

Packaging &
Delivery

Finished and inspected garments are packed according to your confirmed packaging requirements, with all branding elements -- labels, hangtags, polybags, and carton markings -- verified before shipment.

We provide shipping coordination and documentation support to facilitate smooth international delivery to your freight forwarder or destination.

Labels & Branding Confirmation

Main labels, care labels, size labels, and hangtags are verified against your submitted artwork and specifications before any garments are packed.

Packaging Review

Polybag type, folding method, carton size, assortment ratios, and carton markings are confirmed against your packing requirements before bulk packing begins.

Final Pre-Shipment Check

A final review of packed cartons confirms quantities, assortment, documentation, and export markings are accurate and complete before goods leave the factory.

Shipment & Documentation

We coordinate shipment arrangements according to your confirmed delivery requirements and prepare standard shipping documents -- including a commercial invoice and packing list -- to support handover to your nominated freight forwarder.
