Every custom project begins with the design materials you already have. We review what you provide and assess feasibility based on product construction, fabric requirements, decoration complexity, and order scope before development begins.

All projects are assessed individually. Feasibility depends on product construction, fabric availability, workmanship requirements, and order quantity. Not every design can proceed directly to production without review.

Fabric, pattern
and sample -- built right.
Development is the stage where your design becomes a tangible, production-ready garment. We work through each step methodically so that the approved sample becomes a reliable standard for bulk.
Fabric & Trim Matching
We source fabrics, threads, zippers, hardware, and trims that align with your weight, hand-feel, color, and construction requirements.
Pattern Development
Patterns are drafted or adapted from your tech pack, sketches, or reference garment to match your intended silhouette and size base.
Fit & Size Adjustment
Fit samples are reviewed against your size chart and target measurements. Adjustments are made until the fit meets your confirmed standard.
Prototype & Sample Making
Prototypes are constructed using the sourced fabrics and trims. Samples are built to demonstrate construction, proportion, and overall product direction.
Construction & Decoration Testing
Print placement, embroidery quality, wash effects, and structural details are tested and reviewed before the sample is finalised.
Revisions & Final Approval
Samples are revised based on your feedback until the approved sample and confirmed production documents serve as the binding standard for bulk.
The approved sample, together with confirmed fabric, trim, measurement, and workmanship records, forms the production reference for all subsequent bulk orders. Bulk production does not begin until this stage is completed and agreed upon.

Once the sample is approved and all production requirements are confirmed, bulk production is coordinated through our network of specialist production partners -- managed as one cohesive process.
Cutting & Sewing
Fabric cutting and garment assembly carried out against the confirmed pattern and construction specifications.
Printing & Embroidery
Screen, puff, rubber, and DTG printing; embroidery and appliqué -- executed to the approved artwork and placement.
Washing & Finishing
Garment washing, enzyme wash, stone wash, dyeing, and finishing processes coordinated with specialist partners.
Labels, Hangtags & Trims
Custom main labels, care labels, size labels, woven patches, hangtags, and hardware -- all produced to your brand specifications.
In-Process Quality Checks
Key production stages -- cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, and washing -- are monitored to catch issues before they affect the full batch.
Final Inspection & Packing
Finished garments are inspected for measurements, workmanship, loose threads, staining, color consistency, and print or embroidery quality before packing.
Branded Polybags & Cartons
Custom polybag printing, folding, and carton labelling arranged according to your packaging and shipping requirements.
Bulk production begins only after the sample, fabrics, measurements, colors, workmanship, and packaging requirements have been confirmed. This ensures what is produced matches what was approved.
