Every custom clothing order has a different production structure. Before confirming a schedule, we review the number of products, quantities, fabrics, trims, construction details, custom processes and quality requirements involved. This allows us to build a more practical production plan instead of applying the same timeline to every project.

We collect and review product type, style count, estimated quantities, references and any available tech packs or design files.

Material and Process Assessment

Fabric sourcing status, trim availability, printing, embroidery, washing and construction complexity are reviewed to understand the full production scope.

Production Resource Matching

Style and SKU Count

The number of styles, colors and size combinations affects material preparation, cutting arrangements, production switching and quality control. More SKUs require greater coordination across every stage of the production process.

Quantity per Style

We review both the total order quantity and the quantity allocated to each individual style, color and size range. Concentrated quantities allow more efficient production runs; distributed quantities require more flexible resource allocation.

Fabric and Trim Readiness

Stock availability, custom dyeing, fabric development, labels, zippers, buttons and other trims may influence when production can begin. Material lead times are factored into the overall scheduling assessment.

Construction and Custom Processes

Complex garment structures, panel construction, special stitching, printing, embroidery, washing and other custom details require additional production coordination. Each technical process adds coordination requirements that affect the overall schedule.

Target Timeline and Quality Requirements
