Size, Colour and Logo Placement
Size tabs, colour identification and logo positioning are confirmed from your supplied files before bulk packaging begins, ensuring consistency across the full order.

Folding, Sorting and
Individual Packing.
Each garment is folded according to its type and packed individually in accordance with your confirmed packing instructions. Sorting by style, colour and size is completed before carton packing.
Folding by Garment Type
Folding method is confirmed based on garment category -- hoodies, tees, trousers, jackets -- and matched to the packaging bag format to ensure a clean, presentable finish.
Individual Garment Packing
Each piece is packed individually with the correct size label, barcode and hangtag attached at the confirmed position before being sealed and moved to sorting.
Sorting by Style, Colour and Size
Packed units are sorted into groups by style, colour and size according to the confirmed size ratio and packing configuration before being loaded into cartons.
Packing Quantity per Unit
The number of pieces per carton and per size ratio is confirmed from your packing list or order breakdown before bulk packing begins.
SKU and Size Identification
SKU references, colour codes and size identifiers are applied consistently across all packed units to match your inventory or platform requirements.
Label Placement Accuracy
Barcode position, size strip placement and hangtag attachment method are executed to the confirmed specification and checked during the packing stage.
Final Packing Inspection
Finished garments are checked for appearance, cleanliness and workmanship before folding and individual packing to prevent defective units from reaching the carton. Each packed unit is then verified against confirmed specifications before carton loading.

Carton Packing Quantities
The number of pieces per carton is confirmed based on garment type, size ratio and order volume. Carton weight and dimensions are considered to meet standard freight requirements.
Product and Size Assortment
Cartons may be packed by single style and size, or by confirmed assortment ratios across sizes and colours -- arranged according to your packing list and distribution needs.
Outer Carton Labels
Outer labels applied to each carton include style, colour, size, quantity and any additional identifiers required -- printed clearly and positioned for easy inspection and handling.
Shipping Marks
Shipping marks follow the standard or custom format you provide, including destination details, consignee reference, carton number and gross/net weight where required for your freight handover.
Packing Requirements for Freight
Carton construction and packing format are aligned with the requirements of your freight forwarder or destination market to support smooth handover and customs clearance.

Yizhe Studio coordinates carton packing and shipping mark preparation as part of the production and pre-shipment process. We do not operate international freight forwarding or warehouse fulfilment services. Your freight agent or logistics provider manages onward shipping arrangements.

Confirm Your Packaging Requirements
Before Production.
Packaging design files, label content, barcode data and carton configuration should be confirmed before bulk packaging begins. After production is completed, all packing is inspected against your confirmed requirements before shipment.
What to submit with your packaging requirements
Packaging Artwork
Design files or reference images for polybags, stickers and outer carton labels in your preferred format.
Logo and Label Files
Vector or print-ready logo files for hangtags, brand stickers, woven labels and any other branded packaging elements.
Packaging Dimensions
Polybag size, hangtag dimensions, sticker format and any other dimension requirements for packaging components.
Barcode and SKU Information
Barcode data, SKU codes and size/colour identifiers formatted for each style and unit, ready for label production.
Folding and Packing Instructions
Folding method, label placement positions and any specific packing requirements per garment type or style.
Carton and Shipping Mark Requirements
Pieces per carton, size assortment configuration, carton label content and shipping mark format for your freight handover.
Quantities by Size and Colour
Full size and colour breakdown per style to confirm packing ratios, label quantities and carton assortment before bulk begins.
Destination and Freight Details
Destination country, consignee details and any freight forwarder requirements needed for shipping mark and outer label preparation.
How packaging is handled within your production project
Packaging requirements are reviewed and confirmed before bulk production moves to the packing stage. Artwork, label files and carton specifications are cross-checked against the approved sample and order details. After production is completed, finished garments are inspected for workmanship and appearance before folding and individual packing. Packed units are sorted and carton-packed according to the confirmed configuration, then inspected a final time before shipment handover.
Packaging is not sold separately. It is coordinated as part of the garment development and bulk production project -- connected with sample confirmation, quality inspection and pre-shipment checks.
