Fabric & Trim Sourcing
Direct access to fabric markets and trim suppliers in Humen and surrounding areas. We source wovens, knits, and specialty materials alongside buttons, zippers, labels, and hardware -- all within close proximity to our studio.
Cutting & Sewing
Pattern development and sample making are handled in-house, with bulk cutting and sewing coordinated through long-term production partners matched to each product type and construction requirement.
Printing & Embroidery
Screen printing, puff print, rubber print, DTG, and embroidery are handled by specialist processors in the local supply chain. Techniques are tested during sample development before bulk production begins.
Washing & Finishing
Garment washing, enzyme wash, stone wash, and other finishing treatments are carried out by dedicated wash facilities. Finishing processes are confirmed during sampling to ensure consistent results at scale.
Labels & Packaging
Custom main labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, and packaging are produced according to each client's branding requirements, with all specifications confirmed before bulk production is arranged.
