4-Way Stretch
Polyester-spandex or nylon-spandex blends. Used for fitted training shorts, leggings, and stretch panel inserts.
Fleece
Brushed-back cotton or poly fleece in multiple weights. Warm, structured, and well-suited to matching set tops and bottoms.
Piqué & Jersey
Cotton piqué for polo shirts; single and double jersey for tees and casual tops. Consistent texture and weight across production.
Panel construction
& color-blocking.
We support multi-panel construction, color-block designs, and fabric combination builds -- for example, woven panels with jersey body, or stretch inserts within a fleece garment. These construction details are confirmed during sample development before bulk production begins.
