Before bulk production begins, we review and confirm the approved sample, tech pack, size chart, materials, colors, decoration details, and packaging requirements. These confirmed references guide production throughout the order.
We check that all required documentation and references are complete before scheduling production. Any open items are resolved before cutting begins.

Materials, Cutting
and Garment Construction.
Once production references are confirmed, we coordinate materials and begin the production sequence. Each stage follows the confirmed pattern, measurements, and construction requirements.
Materials Preparation
Fabrics, ribbing, zippers, drawcords, buttons, labels, and other trims are arranged according to confirmed specifications. Materials are checked against references before entering production.
Cutting
Fabric is laid and cut according to the confirmed pattern and graded size chart. Cut panels are bundled and organised by style, colour, and size before moving to sewing.
Sewing & Assembly
Cut panels are sewn and assembled following the confirmed construction. Seam types, stitch specifications, and assembly sequence are referenced against the approved sample throughout production.

Decoration techniques are executed against confirmed artwork, placement positions, and treatment specifications. Checks are conducted at key stages to identify and address issues before final packing.

Screen Printing
Executed against confirmed artwork, colour references, and placement positions. Puff, rubber, and discharge techniques available.
Embroidery
Produced from confirmed digitised files with thread colour, density, and placement matched to the approved sample.
Washing & Garment Treatments
Stone wash, enzyme wash, acid wash, and other garment treatments carried out to the confirmed wash standard and effect.
Labels & Branded Details
Custom main labels, care labels, size labels, and branded trims attached according to confirmed placement and method.
In-Process Inspection Points
Fabric & Cut Panel Checks
Fabric quality and cut panels verified against colour, weight, and measurement references before sewing begins.
Sewing & Construction Checks
Seam quality, stitching, structural assembly, and workmanship checked against the approved sample during production.
Print, Embroidery & Wash Result Checks
Decoration results reviewed for placement accuracy, colour consistency, embroidery quality, and wash effect against confirmed references.
Measurement & Appearance Checks
Garment measurements and overall appearance reviewed at key production stages to identify deviations early.
Issue Identification & Correction
Production issues identified during in-process checks are addressed before garments proceed to finishing and final packing.

and Delivery Preparation.
After production is complete, finished garments go through a structured finishing and packing process before the order is prepared for shipment.
Thread Trimming & Pressing
Loose threads removed and garments pressed or steamed to a clean, finished appearance before packing.
Measurement & Appearance Review
Finished garments checked against the confirmed size chart and inspected for workmanship, stains, and overall appearance.
Packing to Specification
Folding, poly bags, hangtags, stickers, barcodes, and size sorting executed to the confirmed packing requirements.
Shipment Preparation
Order quantities, carton packing, and shipping marks verified against the client's confirmed delivery requirements before dispatch.
