With over seven years of experience in custom clothing development and bulk clothing production, we have built working relationships across the Dongguan supply chain -- covering fabric mills, trim suppliers, pattern makers, printing workshops, embroidery facilities, washing factories, and finishing services. For each project, we coordinate the most suitable resources based on the product requirements, techniques involved, and production stage.
Managing the Development Process
Our role is to manage the garment development and production process on your behalf -- from reviewing your design concept and sourcing appropriate fabrics, to overseeing sample making, technique testing, and bulk production. We act as the point of coordination between the different stages, so you receive a consistent, production-ready result without needing to manage multiple suppliers yourself.

Quality Control Process
Fabric and Trim Confirmation
Hand feel, weight, colour, shrinkage, and trim quality are reviewed and confirmed before any cutting begins.
Sample Development Review
Construction, measurements, fit, technique results, and trim placement are reviewed at the sample stage to reduce risk before bulk production begins.
In-Production Monitoring
Cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, washing, pressing, and finishing are monitored throughout bulk production to maintain standards aligned with the approved sample.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before shipment, finished garments are inspected for overall appearance, measurements, colours, workmanship, technique execution, quantities, and packaging accuracy.
