From Design Concept to
Production-Ready Sample
Clients can submit tech packs, design sketches, reference images, or physical samples. Our team evaluates product construction, fabric requirements, measurements, workmanship, and production feasibility before development begins.

Review of design materials, product construction, workmanship requirements, and production feasibility before the project moves forward.
Pattern & Fit Development
Patterns developed and adjusted based on target silhouette, size specifications, reference samples, and intended fit.
Sample Development
First samples made, workmanship tested, measurements checked, feedback incorporated, and final sample confirmed before bulk.

Materials, Cutting and
Sewing Capabilities
Fabrics and trims are selected to match the product type, composition, weight, hand feel, colour, construction, and cost requirements of each project. Once confirmed, production proceeds through cutting and sewing.
Fabric Sourcing and Matching
Fabric selection based on product positioning, composition, weight, hand feel, colour, and workmanship requirements.
Trims and Accessories
Zippers, drawcords, eyelets, buttons, ribbing, elastic, and other branded trims configured per project requirements.
Pattern Layout and Cutting
Marker making, fabric laying, cutting, and panel inspection carried out according to confirmed patterns.
Cut and Sew Manufacturing
Assembly, structural seaming, pockets, ribbing, zippers, and complete garment construction.

Decoration and
Brand Customization
Specific techniques are evaluated based on the product, fabric, artwork, quantity, and target result. Not every technique is suitable for every product -- we assess feasibility during the development stage.
Printing
Screen printing, plastisol, puff, rubber, and DTG are among the techniques that can be assessed based on your artwork and fabric.

Flat embroidery, 3D puff, appliqué, and logo placement at chest, sleeve, back, and other positions.
Embroidery →Garment Washing
Enzyme wash, stone wash, pigment dyeing, and distressed effects. Colour, hand feel, and shrinkage must be confirmed through sample testing.

Main labels, size labels, care labels, neck labels, hem labels, hangtags, and other brand identity elements.

Quality-Controlled
Bulk Production
After the sample and production details are confirmed, the project moves into material preparation, cutting, sewing, finishing processes, in-line inspection, final garment inspection, pressing, packaging, and pre-shipment review.
Quality Control
Pre-production standard confirmation, fabric and panel inspection, in-line sewing and workmanship checks, finished garment measurement and appearance inspection, and pre-shipment review.
Custom Packaging
Polybags, hangtags, stickers, barcodes, folding methods, cartons, and carton marks configured to meet brand packaging requirements.
Bulk Production Management
