Custom Two-Piece
Set Manufacturer
for Brands.
We develop and produce coordinated two-piece sets built around your brand's design direction -- from sketches, reference images, tech packs, or physical samples through to approved samples and bulk production.
Every set is developed as a unified product: tops and bottoms matched in fabric, colour, fit, and finish so the final garment reads as a complete, cohesive collection piece.

Coordinated
Sets. Built
for Your Brand.
-- Top & Bottom Combinations
Flexible combinations
built around your
collection direction.
We develop tops and bottoms as coordinated pairs. The combinations below represent common starting points -- your brief, design references, or tech pack will define the actual product structure.
Hoodie + Sweatpants
Matched heavyweight fleece, coordinated rib trims, and unified colour across top and bottom.
Sweatshirt + Shorts
Coordinated fabric weight and colour with matched waistband, hem, and panel construction.
T-Shirt + Pants
Matched jersey or cotton fabric, consistent colour, and aligned branding across both pieces.
Jacket + Matching Bottoms
Shell fabric, lining, and hardware coordinated across jacket and trouser or short for a complete look.
Not limited to these combinations.
The combinations above are common starting points. If your collection calls for a different top-and-bottom pairing -- or a three-piece set -- share your design direction and we will assess it based on your construction and workmanship requirements.
-- Fabric, Colour & Fit
Every detail aligned
across top and bottom.
A two-piece set only works when both pieces are developed together. We coordinate fabric, colour, construction, and finish from the start so the final product reads as a unified garment.
Fabric Composition & Weight
Top and bottom are sourced from the same fabric batch where possible -- matching GSM, fibre content, and hand-feel so both pieces wear and age consistently.
Colour Matching
Colour is confirmed against a physical swatch or Pantone reference before bulk. Dye lots are managed across both pieces to prevent visible variation between top and bottom.
Fit & Silhouette
Patterns for top and bottom are developed in relation to each other -- proportions, ease, and silhouette are reviewed together so the set fits and presents as intended.
Rib, Lining & Panel Details
Rib cuffs, waistbands, and hem trims are coordinated in colour and weight. Panel seams, lining fabrics, and pocket construction are aligned across both pieces.
Washing & Finishing
Garment washing, enzyme wash, pigment dyeing, or other finishing treatments are applied consistently across both pieces so the final colour and hand-feel match throughout the set.

-- Sizing, Techniques & Brand Packaging
One brand identity
across every label,
tag, and finish.
From the size spec sheet to the hangtag, every element of your two-piece set is developed to present your brand consistently -- both as a set and as individual pieces.
Size Range & Grading
Size specifications for top and bottom are developed together so proportions remain balanced across XS through 3XL or your brand's custom size range. Grading is reviewed at sample stage.
Print & Embroidery
Screen printing, puff print, rubber print, embroidery, and appliqué can be applied across both pieces. Placement, scale, and colour are coordinated so artwork reads consistently as a set.
Main Labels & Care Labels
Custom woven or printed main labels, care labels, and size labels are produced to your brand specifications and applied consistently across both pieces in the set.
Hangtags & Trims
Hangtags, drawcord tips, zip pulls, buttons, and other trim details are specified and sourced to align with your brand identity. Both pieces are finished and tagged to the same standard.
Set Packaging
Top and bottom can be packed together as a set or individually, depending on your retail or fulfilment requirements. Polybag, box, or custom packaging options are available.
Unified Brand Presentation
Every touchpoint -- fabric, colour, label, trim, and packaging -- is aligned so your two-piece set presents as a complete, professional product line from the first sample through to bulk delivery.
-- Development & Production Process
From your brief to
bulk-ready sets.
We manage the complete process as a single workflow -- so your two-piece set arrives in bulk exactly as it was approved at sample stage.
Brief & Assessment
We review your sketches, reference images, tech packs, or samples. We assess the product structure, workmanship requirements, and fabric direction for both pieces before confirming next steps.
Fabric & Trim Sourcing
We source fabric options matched in composition, weight, and colour for top and bottom. Trims, rib, lining, and hardware are selected to align with your product direction.
Pattern & Sample Development
Patterns are developed for both pieces together. Samples are made, measured, and reviewed for fit, proportion, construction, and workmanship before being sent for your approval.
Sample Revision & Approval
We revise the sample based on your feedback until the set meets your requirements. Bulk production is only arranged after the sample, size spec, fabric, and all details are formally confirmed.
Bulk Production & QC
Bulk is produced to the approved spec. Each set is inspected for measurements, workmanship, colour, printing, embroidery, and overall presentation before packing and shipment.
