Production Timeline
Every custom clothing project follows a different schedule. Lead time is assessed after we review the product type, quantity, materials, colors, decoration, packaging, sample revisions, and target delivery date.
Production Phases
Lead Time Is Project-Specific Final timing is evaluated after the specifications, materials, sample requirements, and production availability have been reviewed.

Project Evaluation
& Sample Development
Before any production begins, we evaluate your project in full -- assessing product type, design materials, quantities, fabric direction, and workmanship requirements.
Project Details Review
We review your sketches, references, tech packs, or physical samples to understand the product type, design intent, measurements, and workmanship requirements before development begins.
Fabric and Trim Check
Fabric weight, composition, texture, and colour direction are identified. Trims including labels, zippers, buttons, and hardware are sourced and confirmed for sample use.
Pattern and Sample Development
Patterns are drafted based on confirmed measurements, design structure, and construction method. An initial garment sample is produced for fit, proportion, workmanship, and technique evaluation.
Sample Revision and Approval
Amendments are made based on client feedback, covering fit, construction, techniques, and details. The revision process continues until the sample meets all confirmed requirements and is approved.

Materials & Color
Confirmation
Material preparation and color sign-off are handled before bulk production begins. No fabric or trim enters production without client confirmation.
Stock Fabrics
Existing materials may reduce preparation time, subject to availability and specification approval.
Custom Fabrics or Dyeing
Custom composition, weight, color, or finishing requires additional sourcing and confirmation.
Trims, Labels and Packaging
Custom zippers, buttons, labels, hangtags, and packaging must be sampled or approved before production.
Color Approval
Pantone references, lab dips, fabric swatches, or physical samples may be required before bulk production.

Bulk Production &
Technical Execution
Once sample and materials are confirmed, bulk production is scheduled according to the agreed specifications, quantities, and workmanship requirements.

Pre-Production Confirmation
Approved sample, size specifications, fabrics, trims, artwork placement, and construction requirements are confirmed in full before production begins.

Fabric Cutting
Fabrics are laid and cut according to confirmed patterns and size specifications, ensuring fit and yield consistency across the full order.

Sewing and Assembly
Panels are assembled following the approved sample. Construction details, seaming, linings, and functional elements are executed to confirmed standards.

Printing, Embroidery or Washing
Decoration and finishing processes -- including screen print, puff print, embroidery, garment washing, and dyeing -- are applied as specified in the confirmed artwork and process requirements.

In-Line Inspection and Finishing
Finished garments are inspected for measurements, workmanship, colour consistency, decoration quality, and overall appearance. Labels, hangtags, and packaging are attached before shipment.
Note on Production Time
Complex construction, multiple colorways, special washing, combined decoration techniques, or additional testing may require more production time.

Quality Inspection,
Packaging & Shipping
Production completion is not the end of the process. Each order undergoes final quality inspection, packing, and logistics coordination before dispatch.
Final Quality Inspection
- Measurement and size checks against confirmed size specifications
- Workmanship and appearance inspection: seams, stitching, and finishing details
- Print, embroidery, label, and trim checks -- placement, coverage, consistency, and attachment
- Folding, packing, and carton mark verification against shipment requirements
- Colour accuracy reviewed against approved lab dips or pre-production samples
- Loose thread removal, stain inspection, and overall garment appearance
Express Courier
Fastest option for small or urgent shipments. Suitable for samples, pre-production runs, or time-critical orders. Higher cost per unit.
Air Freight
Balanced transit speed for medium-volume orders. Faster than sea freight with more competitive pricing than express courier for bulk shipments.
Sea Freight
Most cost-efficient for large bulk orders. Longer transit time but significantly lower freight cost per unit. Recommended for planned seasonal shipments.
Shipping transit and customs clearance are estimated separately from factory production lead time and depend on the destination, carrier, and shipping method.

Factors That Affect
Your Lead Time
Lead time is not a fixed number. It is assessed per project based on the specific conditions of each order. The following factors directly affect how long your project will take from start to delivery.
Complete Project Information
Detailed tech packs and clear references reduce back-and-forth and shorten development.
Sample Revision Rounds
Each revision cycle adds time. Thorough feedback after each round minimises unnecessary rounds.
Fabric Availability
Stock fabrics shorten lead time. Custom or mill-order fabrics add time before sampling begins.
Custom Color Approval
Lab dip sign-off requires client response. Delayed feedback directly delays fabric production.
Trim and Packaging Development
Custom labels, hangtags, branded cartons, and specific folding requirements add time to packing.
Order Quantity and Colorways
Higher quantities and multiple colorways require more production time and scheduling coordination.
Decoration Complexity
Garment washing, multi-technique decoration, and special finishing all require additional time.
Production Schedule and Shipping Method
Early project confirmation improves scheduling. Freight method determines transit time planning.
