-- Step 01 / Design Submission

What to share
before we begin.

Sharing relevant project materials helps us evaluate your request more accurately -- the more context you can provide, the faster we can move toward sample development.

Sketches & Technical Drawings

Original design sketches, flat technical drawings, or digital illustrations showing front, back, and detail views.

Tech Packs

Detailed tech packs with construction notes, measurement specifications, material callouts, and artwork placement guides -- useful when available, but not required to get started.

Reference Images

Mood board images, garment references, fabric swatches, or detail photos that communicate your intended aesthetic and quality level.

Size Specifications & Grading

Target size range, measurement charts, and grading increments -- or your preferred size standard for us to reference during pattern development.

Physical Samples or Fabric Swatches

If you have an existing garment to replicate or improve, or fabric samples to match, sending physical references helps us achieve the most accurate result.

You do not need to have every document ready. Clear references, target quantities, size range, fabric preferences, and expected timeline will help us evaluate your project more accurately -- feel free to share whatever you have and we'll take it from there.

WHAT WE CONFIRM
BEFORE SAMPLING

Target Silhouette
Key Measurements
Fabric Direction
Construction Details
Artwork & Placement
Labels & Packaging

Clear information helps reduce revisions, development time and unnecessary sample costs.

-- Step 02 / Design Analysis & Pattern Development

Translating design intent
into repeatable patterns.

Before any fabric is cut, our team analyses your design for structural integrity, proportional balance, and production feasibility -- ensuring that what works on paper can be consistently reproduced at scale.

Construction Analysis

We review your design's structural logic -- seam placement, panel construction, silhouette, and assembly sequence -- to identify any areas that may require adjustment for consistent production.

Proportion & Fit Assessment

We assess how your intended silhouette and proportions translate across your target size range, flagging potential fit issues before pattern work begins.

Pattern Development

Based on your approved design and measurements, we develop production patterns that accurately reflect your design intent and can be reliably reproduced across bulk orders.

Workmanship Feasibility

We evaluate the technical requirements of each design -- including stitch types, seam finishes, and construction sequences -- to confirm feasibility before committing to sample production.

Design Clarification & Communication

If there are ambiguities in the submitted materials -- unclear construction details, missing measurements, or conflicting references -- we will communicate directly with you to confirm before proceeding. No assumptions are made that could affect the final result.

-- Step 03 / Fabric, Construction & Detail Replication

Matching materials
to your creative intent.

Every fabric choice, construction method, and finishing detail is selected and executed based on your confirmed design -- matched as closely as possible to the reference, given actual material availability and production conditions.

Material options are confirmed through swatches before sample production.

Every detail confirmed before bulk production begins.

Fabric Sourcing & Matching

We source fabrics based on your weight, composition, texture, and finish requirements. When a specific fabric is unavailable, we present the closest alternatives with samples for your approval.

Panel Construction & Seam Work

Complex panelling, insets, yoke construction, and decorative seam placements are executed according to your technical specifications and confirmed pattern.

Print, Embroidery & Garment Wash

Screen printing, puff print, rubber print, DTG, embroidery, appliqué, garment washing, and dyeing -- all executed to match your artwork files, colour references, and finish requirements.

Trims, Hardware & Brand Details

Custom zippers, buttons, rivets, eyelets, drawcords, and branded trims. Main labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, and packaging -- all aligned with your brand identity.

-- Step 04 / Sample Revision & Final Standards

Refining until
the standard is set.

The first sample is the starting point, not the finish line. We work through your feedback systematically until the approved sample accurately represents your design -- and becomes the benchmark for all bulk production.

First Sample Production

The initial sample is produced using the confirmed pattern, sourced fabrics, and agreed workmanship. It is inspected internally before being sent to you for evaluation.

Fit Testing & Feedback

You review the sample for fit, proportion, workmanship, fabric, and detail accuracy. Your feedback is documented in full -- measurements, construction notes, and any visual references -- to guide revisions.

Revision Rounds

Each round of revisions addresses the specific points raised -- pattern adjustments, measurement corrections, workmanship improvements, or material changes. Revised samples are produced and reviewed until the standard is met.

Revision policy: Revision requirements, timing, and any additional costs depend on the scope of the requested changes. Major design changes may require a new sample assessment.

Final Sample Approval & Production Standards

Once the sample is approved, it -- along with all confirmed technical references -- becomes the fixed production standard. Bulk production proceeds only against this confirmed benchmark.

What constitutes the final production standard

  • Approved final sample
  • Final measurement chart
  • Confirmed fabric and color
  • Artwork size and placement
  • Trims and label details
  • Packaging requirements

No bulk production begins without written approval.

We do not proceed to bulk production until the sample has been formally approved by you. This confirmation -- along with all technical documents -- is retained as the reference standard throughout the production run.

-- Step 05 / Small-Series & Bulk Production

Production scaled
to your collection.

We assess each project based on its specific construction, fabric requirements, and workmanship complexity -- providing a production plan suited to your order size and collection structure.

Project-Based Assessment

Each collection is evaluated individually. Minimum quantities, production timelines, and pricing are determined by the style count, fabric, workmanship, and order volume -- not by a fixed formula.

Small-Series Production

For designer brands launching initial collections or testing new styles, we can assess small-series production plans based on the complexity and quantity of your project.

Scalable for Growth

As your brand grows, production can be scaled. The confirmed patterns, standards, and supplier relationships built during your initial project form the foundation for future seasons.

During Bulk Production

Quality monitored at every stage.

Cutting & fabric inspection

Verified against approved fabric standard and colour.

Sewing & construction

Monitored for seam quality, workmanship, and assembly sequence.

Print, embroidery & wash

Checked against approved artwork and finish references.

Final inspection & packing

Measurements, workmanship, appearance, and packaging verified before shipment.
